Following a mountain accident, and later foot surgery that left me sedentary, I began to suffer subsequent recurring injuries in my ankles, knees, hips and shoulders - I set about to find the root cause of my problems - chair sitting. After working with numerous physiotherapists, studying joint health in depth and working with a handful of clients, I’ve developed a course that will help office workers regain youthful movement, find themselves performing better in sports & daily life, and preventing complications as they get older."
